Greatly enjoyed our room that was cleaned or towels restocked and available with comfortable bed as well as a beautiful view. Provided breakfast was above average and free of charge with a surprisingly broad assortment and bagels, for example, exceeded our expectations. Comfortable location to really good restaurants on Sring Garden was a plus.

It was clean with properly trained and professional staff in terms of service. I found the hotel's location absolutely perfect, right by restaurants and sights as well as common areas. There was Alexandra's Pizza nearby to grab something to eat.

The bed was not very comfortable, unfortunately.

The location of the hotel was central, adjacent to all the performances, the pier, museums and the casino and Citadel and Scotia Shopping Center. I really enjoyed to spend time in the lovely outdoor bar. No complaints whatsoever, the venue met requirements.

The room was really well appointed, really enjoyed the luxury bathroom it had. A safe box and a sofa were appreciated. The location was comfortable and stunning, around 4-6 minutes' walk from Scotiabank Centre. The hotel was in an excellent area, short walk to activities, wharf and restaurants and tons of great food places.

Really enjoyed how recently refurbished and pretty standard the property was and its service-minded staff in terms of service. The location was comfortable for walking around Scotiabank Centre. The area was excellent really close to restaurants and other amenities, the waterfront and the Museum of the Atlantic.

My room was huge & contemporary with a great view as well as big windows. Coffee and hot waffles looked great! The hotel's location was central, on top of a hill.

The staff were not so great, didn't expect that coming.
